- Quantum One and Quantum Engine collects data such as personal information, user activity, and transaction history in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and other relevant privacy laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Data is used for service improvement, personalized recommendations, and platform functionality enhancements.
- We may share data with trusted third parties (e.g., payment processors, service providers), in compliance with relevant laws, to provide necessary services or support.
- Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
- Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access control, and data anonymization, to protect your data.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

- All content, trademarks, and technologies associated with Quantum One and Quantum Engine are the property of Quantums and its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without explicit written permission from Quantums.
- Advertising Compliance
- All advertising campaigns conducted through Quantum One must comply with the General Authority for Audiovisual Media (GAAM) advertising regulations and other Saudi advertising standards.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all content and materials in your campaigns comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection and anti-fraud regulations.
- Limitation of Liability
- Quantum is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except where such liability is mandated by Saudi Arabian law.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services or any force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, technical disruptions).
- Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Quantums, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, including any violation of these terms or applicable laws.
- Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in any illegal activities.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and you may lose access to your data. Certain provisions of these terms, including indemnification and liability, will continue to apply after termination.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
